Cut up the brioche loaf and place chunks into a buttered baking dish.

Place cut up apples over the top of the brioche chunks.

Combine the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla.

Pour the custard mixture over the cut up brioche chunks.

Just before baking, drizzle a delicious brown sugar butter drizzle on top.

You can cover with plastic wrap and keep it overnight before baking.
