I was looking thru your older posts and really enjoying it when I saw this mirror. My 21 yo daughter loves this look and last Christmas I was dropping some items off at the Goodwill and a gentleman was dropping of mirror just like this one. I talked him into donating it to me rather than the goodwill. My daughter loved it and choose to paint it lime green which believe it or not looked great. Love your blog.
Gorgeous!!
Oh my! What a great find! Your chalkboard looks fabulous! :o)
Sincerely ~ Tricia Anne
Love it ! I will keep my eye out for one of those.
So cute! I might have to add a chalkboard to my laundry room too, with a message on it, like "DO YOUR OWN!" 🙂
I just love chalkboard paint! What a great transformation!
It's so pretty now…great job!

P.S. I love your clock in the background over your mantle.
I want that! I just redid a frame with cork board but me thinks I like your's better! =)
I love it! I hope I can stumble across a frame like that!
Paint is always the answer! Nice!
The frame looks so much better in white! And a chalk board — what a great idea for the laundry room.

I have so been looking for a mirror like that!! You got a great deal and it looks wonderful!
O.K. I'm jealous of your gawdy mirror find. 😉 It makes an awesome chalk board!
Wow – looks awesome! I'm totally impressed.
Thanks for your comment about my trees, I'm here looking for your take on them! You can never have too many trees around the house at this time of year, right? 🙂
Love this mirror, I need to get me some chalkboard paint! Your ideas are so lovely, I do think I'll follow. 🙂
Blessings!
I love what you did with that old mirror. I would like to try that for my kitchen.
What a difference a little paint can make. Love the idea, love the result. Can't wait to see all the gooddies you have cooked up for your laundry room.
That looks great and way better than the one i was going to buy for 50! Thanks for the idea!
I had NO idea that you could paint over mirror….uh oh…I can feel the inspiration burnin'…LOVE IT!
That looks almost exactly like one I did. $2.00 was a great price for that frame. And it seems like the gaudier the better (I'm making up words, here.) You should link that to Furniture Feature Friday this week. That definitely falls under "home furnishings." Gorgeous job!
