Painted Plaid Pumpkins

These painted plaid pumpkins merge two things I love about fall… pumpkins and plaid.
I started with a styrofoam pumpkin from Dollar Tree and gave it a coat of shimmery silver acrylic paint.
For the plaid stripes I used white, a blue gray and an espresso brown acrylic paint colors. I used 3 different size brushes to created the layers.
I just ADORE plaid in the fall and I love it paired with a pumpkin… so fun!
